Arizona POST is currently reviewing the U.S. Supreme Court Decision regarding SB 1070. We will be releasing instructions to Arizona Law Enforcement this afternoon which will define which sections of the training program are relevant. Those same instructions will be available on this page no later than close of normal business Monday June 25, 2012 for the public and media to review. |
| June 21, 2012 | Arizona POST is aware of the lawsuit filed this afternoon by the United States Department of Justice against the Towns of Colorado City, Arizona and Hildale, Utah. We anticipate that disciplinary cases against Colorado City Marshal’s Deputies may arise out of the incidents underlying the Federal Complaint, therefore it is inappropriate for us to comment on the matter. |
